Our bodies are our vessels for source energy to flow through, keep them balanced clear and happy to allow for the greatest amount of energy to flow

I have had a passion for health and well being for most of my life.   As a kid, I remember having a keen interest in the body and how it all works.  I was a very sensitive spirit with a strong connection to nature; I grew up with garden veggies, salads every night, fresh unpasturized milk, and a mom who fed me barley green and wheat grass before I headed out the door for school.  I was the youngest kid though, so they had lightened up their ideals by the time I was born, and along with the greens and sprouts I also got my share of cheese whiz and lucky charms.  (eeks you would have to twist my arm to get me let my kids have that now)  But because I got a good dose of the good stuff in my early years, I have grown to truly appreciate  a  healthy lifestyle as an adult.

I believe our health and wellness should be our highest priority.  My book shelves are lined with everything health and wellness from Deepak Chopra, to Caroline Myss, to Andrew Weil and more.  I have gone down many paths on my own healing journey which began in 2004, whenI discovered breath work, Reiki, chakras, crystals and daily meditation. I healed myself of many conditions that were effecting my body mind and spirit.

I have experienced dozens of natural healing modalities and have gathered a  wide knowledge base, which I like to blend together, when offering wellness guidance.  I am also a certified Level 3 Reiki practicioner.  Stay tuned for my ebook out this Spring, Whole Self Health.

Today my protocol for total mind, body, spirit wellness includes lots of wilderness, fresh air and hikes, joyful exercise (my favorite being a mix of dance, martial arts, yoga, called Nia), a whole foods organic diet, lots of time with my children and the people I love, love from our dog Buddha, creating, art, writing,  daily deep, sustained meditation, and living a life in alignment with my heart's desires.

Truly, what do we have if we donèt have our health? Our bodies are our vessels, for source energy to flow through, and must keep those vessels clear and aligned in order for source to flow freely, from above, through the body, charging and vitalizing, and out your feet, grounding you to the earth.
An abundant life begins with a healthy, at ease body, mind, and spirit.
